I started working out with Scott after I found out that I had an 8 mm bulging disk in my back. His knowledge of the body and his investment in understanding how your “core” is responsible for all of your body movements has changed how I look and exercise. I’ve lost 12 lbs. and I can do push ups!!! His attention to details in how you perform the exercises has prevented me from re-injuring my back. And I’m never bored! He is very creative in our workouts and is always surprising me with something new.
